We all know hypertension can be a dangerous ailment to battle. However, as a man who has spent years in the battle against my own high blood pressure, i have discovered three natural home high blood pressure cures that really work. I tried many things but these are the three things i found that worked very well with no exercise, no lifestyle changes, and no dangerous medications with all of the side effects they all lead to.

Lower Blood Pressure Yourself

1. The first i will mention is a simple remedy some may have heard of before. This remedy is the "t-spoon of vinegar remedy". You simply take a t-spoon of vinegar, preferably distilled white vinegar a day (although my uncle used apple cider vinegar). You quickly realize the effects as the vinegar thins your blood and lowers blood pressure as a result. My uncle and I both had good results from this in the beginning. The problem is that it is a short term fix. You must also be extremely careful not to injure or cut yourself while on this vinegar regimen. The vinegar does thin the blood, so any bleeding could lead to a much more serious injury as a result. YOU COULD BLEED TO DEATH! (to be point blank).

Another problem is that after a period of time, the acidic properties of the vinegar begin to eat away at your stomach linings and cause ulcers and indigestion. This is a quick,temporary fix only.

2. The home remedy that works for many is a little known remedy that many may or may not have heard of. This remedy involves beet root juice. The beet I’m referring to is also called the ‘table beet", "garden beet", red beet, or beetroot. The most commonly encountered beet in North America and Britain. The red roots of the beet are boiled and eaten or served cold with salads with vinegar and oil. The most effective use is to prepare a beetroot juice from the roots of the beet. Beets contain the nutrient "betaine" which has been proven in many studies to lower blood pressure if consumed daily. Beet roots also contain high levels of "nitrate" which also help to reduce hypertension, decrease chances of heart disease,prevent stroke, and cure impotence. This home remedy works but must be used by consuming 500ml daily. Results can be seen within 1 hour from first consumption. This really works!!! As with the 1st mentioned treatment or remedy, it is not a life long fix, hypertension may return eventually.

3. The last I will share is a home remedy for hypertension that really works and lasts a lifetime. This home remedy involves finding a good program for eliminating hypertension altogether. I personally found a program that teaches 3 simple exercises anyone can do to permanently heal hypertension. It requires no work out, no lifestyle changes, and no diets. It works for me and has worked for many other people i know. This is the best way to heal hypertension…FOR GOOD!!! If you search smart, you can find one that will work for you too. I don’t know about you, but i love to eat! I cant give up my favorite foods. I’ve tried and tried.
